Die Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen ist einer der zentralen Hebel der Entwicklungen für viele Logistikunternehmen und stellt gleichzeitig eine der wichtigsten Herausforderungen dar.

Neben Möglichkeiten zur  Effizienzsteigerung und Flexibilisierung logistischer Dienstleistungen,  gehört hierzu auch die Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle. Die enormen Potenziale - gerade auch für die Logistik -  sind erkannt, jedoch gestaltet sich die Implementierung und Anwendung im Alltag oft schwierig.
